Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable. Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. If international shipping becomes available, applicable delivery rates and timeframes will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight and delivery location. Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

For larger or bulk orders, additional delivery time may be required. Where necessary, we may contact you directly to arrange suitable delivery options.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address provided.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting info@blackcat-cosmetics.co.uk. Please include your order number and photographic evidence where possible.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance (where applicable), incorrect delivery details provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will liaise with the courier to investigate.
