By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use this website or purchase our products.

Blackcat Cosmetics Ltd is a UK-based manufacturer and supplier of tanning solutions and related cosmetic products. Our contact email address is info@blackcat-cosmetics.co.uk.

We manufacture and supply spray tanning solutions, bulk tanning liquids, tanning creams, oils, wash-off products and related cosmetic formulations. All product descriptions, images and specifications are provided for general guidance only. Due to batch production processes and variations in raw materials, minor differences in colour, scent or consistency may occur. Such variations do not constitute defects.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent activity or pricing errors.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£). VAT will be charged where applicable in accordance with UK tax regulations. Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time without prior notice.

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. It is your responsibility to inspect goods upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours of any damage, defects or shortages. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers once goods have been dispatched.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving goods. However, due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products that have been opened, used or tampered with cannot be returned unless faulty. To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within the applicable cancellation period. Returned products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed once goods have been received and inspected. Unless goods are faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If goods arrive damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Our products are cosmetic products intended for external use only. It is your responsibility to carry out appropriate patch testing prior to use, follow all usage instructions, and store products in accordance with recommended guidelines. We are not liable for misuse, failure to carry out patch testing, improper storage, or allergic reactions where reasonable precautions were not taken.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Blackcat Cosmetics Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses, including loss of profit or business. Our total liability for any claim relating to products purchased shall not exceed the total value of the order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

All intellectual property rights in our website content, branding, product names, images and formulations remain the property of Blackcat Cosmetics Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements. By using our website, you consent to such processing in accordance with our published Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
